What does the AI cost per survey?
The AI cost is paid by you, directly to Anthropic, on your own account: never to us, and with no markup. Usually a small amount per survey. It depends on the number of photos in each survey and any retries. You pay Anthropic directly, and we show you how to set a monthly spend limit in your Anthropic account.
Does the AI give the final price?
No. It gives a photo-based inventory estimate: the items and an estimated volume. You check it and set the price.
Do my customers need an app?
No. It's a link that opens in their phone browser.
Do we need to have a call?
No calls needed. Everything is in writing: email and online forms, from the proposal to support.
