Before we start

What you'll need

  • Basic hosting

    In your name, with PHP 8.2+, MySQL, SSL and cron jobs. Most hosts have these.

  • An Anthropic account

    For the AI. Anthropic bills you directly, not us.

    The AI cost is paid by you, directly to Anthropic, on your own account: never to us, and with no markup.

    Usually a small amount per survey.

    It depends on the number of photos in each survey and any retries. You pay Anthropic directly, and we show you how to set a monthly spend limit in your Anthropic account.

We help you set up both, by email or WhatsApp.

Small changes are unlimited until you approve. The deposit is non-refundable once work starts.

After go-live

After the 30 days: pay per fix

Every package includes 30 days of email support after go-live.

After 30 days, email us what you need and we send a fixed price before any work starts. You can also use any developer — you own the code.
